I was born in New Zealand but grew up on the North Shore, went to school in Burnaby, and spend my time downtown for work and for everything else this city has to offer. My athletic endeavours have taken me through Coquitlam, Kits, and just about everywhere in between. I know Vancouver, all of it, and I want to help you find your place in it.

I've competed in triathlon at an international level, representing Canada, a pursuit built on discipline and preparation that I bring to every part of my work. I've also built a strong following on YouTube and Instagram, where I share my achievements and the journey behind them. The rest of my time is spent outdoors: skiing the North Shore mountains and Whistler in the winter, camping across the province in the summer. It's one of the most beautiful places on earth, and I get to call it home.

Watching this city grow and change over the years has given me real insight into where value is headed, not just where it sits today. As editor of the Vancouver Real Estate Podcast, I've sharpened how I think about pricing, negotiation, and market timing, and I'm continuing my education in finance, with a particular interest in how transit and development shape long-term value across Vancouver's neighbourhoods.
